Incoming Parents

In order for your child to enroll at Tyler Day Nursery, the following must be done.

Take a Tour of your child’s future classroom
Bring in a $25 money order per child for the registration fee.

This $25 fee Does Not guarantee your spot, it only allows
paper work/enrollment packet to be picked up.

Bring in the most recent financials for anyone responsible for
the child:

-Last 3 Check stubs
-Food Stamp print out (if applicable)
-Child Support print out (if applicable)
-Bring in completed paperwork at least one business day before your child's first day

Bring in Monthly
-Unscented wipes (80ct)
-Box of Kleenex

Bring In As Needed
-Formula
-Water
-Diapers/Pull ups
-Change of clothes x2

All completed work and tuition must be brought in Thursday by 12 pm in order to get started for the upcoming week.
