In order for your child to enroll at Tyler Day Nursery, the following must be done:

-Take a Tour of your child’s future classroom
-Bring in a $25 money order per child for the registration fee.

This $25 fee Does Not guarantee your spot, it only allows
paper work/enrollment packet to be picked up.

-Bring in the most recent financials for anyone responsible for
the child:

-Last 3 Check stubs
-Food Stamp print out (if applicable)
-Child Support print out (if applicable)
-Bring in completed paperwork at least one business day before your child's first day
-Bring in Monthly
        -Unscented wipes (80ct)
        -Box of Kleenex
-Bring In As Needed
        -Formula
        -Water
        -Diapers/Pull ups
        -Change of clothes

All COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND FIRST WEEKS TUITION must be brought in at least one business day before your child's anticipated start date. The failure to do so will result in your child starting a day after the anticipated start date.
